1 Samy is good enough

There’s only one Samy Vellu, says PM
(The Star Dec 13 2010)

KUALA LUMPUR: Former MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu is one of the most colourful politicians in the country’s history and it will be difficult to find another like him, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
I am not being racist (sorry if you see it that way).  But an idiot like me, sees him brown in colour. The only thing colourful about him is his clothes …very colourful.

“I am not sure in 1,000 years that we will have another Datuk Seri Samy
Vellu.”
Mr PM  no body wants another Samy for another millions years. People must be totally insane if the want this man around.  Do you still want him around Mr. PM?

“He has a unique style. Whenever he says something, it is not what he says, but how he says it. Nation Business World Sports Rule review to control student entry and stay in Britain

“He makes it very interesting for all of us to listen whenever he makes his point.

Yes very interesting to those with low IQ.  The rest knows he talks with arrogance and like a tug.  No wonder there are so many Indian tugs.  Leadership by example.  This is not unique Mr. PM …

“He never fails to raise the issue of the Indian community during Cabinetmeetings,” he said at the launch of Samy Vellu’s biography, entitled A Life.A Legend. A Legacy., yesterday.
Yes raise the issues … he is good at it, I agree.  No follow-ups… no action. All swept under the carpet.  A great leader he is…

And what a title for his biography…A Legend (Legends are for dead people .. he is still alive.) A Legacy … what legacy has he left behind?  A legacy which the Indian community is not proud of, a legacy of a destroyed community.

Najib said Samy Vellu had contributed immensely to the development of the party, Indian community and the country and was one of the two most colourful politicians in the country, the other being former Gerakan president Tun Dr Lim Keng Yaik.
Mr PM you must be joking.  Sorry!!! this is PR….RIGHT (unless you really mean it).   We all want him to leave so it is bodek time. Hahahahhaha…..

Najib also confirmed the former work minister’s appointment as a special envoy for infrastructure for India and South Asian countries.

The appointment is effective Jan 1 next year and comes with ministerial status.

Najib thanked and saluted Samy Vellu for being a “true Malaysian patriot and Barisan (Nasional) leader”, agreeing with new MIC president Datuk G. Palanivel that Samy Vellu’s contributions were too exhaustive to list (Yes ....We are all exhausted ).

You call politicians like him a true patriot?  Then what do you call the murderers, rapists and other criminals?  A true Malaysian!!!!  A Loving Malaysian, One True Malaysian.

Dear PM, we do not need people like Samy and please do not insult us by calling him a true Malaysian patriot. Sorry Mr PM this is sickening.  Give a few minutes I need to puke and force myself to purge to cleanse myself of this true Samy patriot.

He also lauded Samy Vellu for keeping MIC intact despite all the trials and tribulations he had faced as president in the past 31 years.

On MIC, Najib said it was on the way to a full political recovery and urged party leaders to work hard to strengthen it, work with non-governmental
31 years MIC intact … they say “You Know … I Know”.

Samy .. your farewell message from an idiot.

Shahidan wants Facebook banned, cites national
Security
Bernama Dec 07 2010

Umno Supreme Council member Datuk Seri Dr Shahidan Kassim
today called for the blocking of the Facebook social networking
website if its contents continue to pose a threat to national security.

He said a Facebook account holder was found to have taken advantage
of the technology to insult Islam and leaders of Malaysia.

“If the website content poses a threat to national security and insults Islam, then it is unnecessary to have Facebook,” he told reporters after accompanying Perlis Facebook Association committee members to lodge a report at the Kangar police station on the insults hurled at Prime Minister Seri Najib Razak and former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad on a Facebook page.

I agree Shahidan, no one has the right to insult any religions.  These are narrow minded, myopic thinking people and not forgetting fanatics. But that is not the way.

People should be thought about the beauty and acceptance to all religions.  Not a single religion. Hope you are in the same frequency with me.

Hurling insult about the PM is their business but using it to ban Facebook even an idiot like me will not do it.  I see apple-polishing here.  It has nothing to do with insulting Islam.  Election is around the  corner …. RIGHT.

The report was lodged by the association’s deputy president, Mohd
Faizuddin Ismail, at about 5.30 pm.

Shahidan said a report would also be lodged at the State Islamic
Religious Department as the holder of the Facebook account had also
insulted Islam, and added that the insults hurled at Najib and Mahathir
were discovered by a member of the association on November 29.

If leaders can insult opposition leaders why can other insult our PM and former PM.  You seem to be  more concern about these 2 people than spreading the good work of Islam. People have their right and opinions.

No short cut measures, Shahidah.  I agree the Facebook account holder is a fanatic.  Be a good muslim and tell him the beauty of Islam.  Banning is not the way to go.

Shahidan, who is Tambun Tulang assemblyman, said the Malaysian
Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), the Malaysian
Islamic Development Department and the National Fatwa Council should
act against the holder of the Facebook account. — Bernama

Samy “A beautiful house – that is NOT”

Samy: MIC must stay united
(The Star Dec 01 2010)

KUALA LUMPUR: Outgoing MIC president Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu has advised Datuk G. Palanivel and Datuk Dr Subramaniam who he endorsed
as the future party president and deputy president respectively to stay united and focus on the welfare of the Indian community.
Guess who’s talking. When you retire its all about the people.  Before that it’s I, Me and Myself.

Stating that many people were happy to see the MIC destroyed, he advised both leaders not to entertain trouble makers whose aim was to see the party disunited.

“There are many people who will be happy to see the destruction of the
party hence we should stay united.
Your tenure as MIC president was on a self-destruction mode.  MIC destroyed within. Not from anyone.  Still senile after all this years.

“People will always like to set fire to our house because they like to see our beautiful house burnt and destroyed, hence we must not let others burn our house,” he told reporters before he presented Federal Government funds amounting to RM2mil to 98 temples and 28 non-governmental organisations from Selangor, Negri Sembilan and Kuala Lumpur.
Your house beautiful!!!!  Have you visited the estates, the poor Indians who live in the slums, the high amount of illiteracy among the Indians, the high crime rate and unemployment.  You call this beautiful.

I can’t imagine UGLY.

Samy Vellu has decided to hand over the leadership to Palanivel and Dr
Subramaniam as he did not want to see a power struggle in the party after
he stepped down.

“I am sure the public is aware that the only party that is able to provide
and care for their welfare is Barisan Nasional which is led by our Prime
Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
There was no power struggle … you were the Master and the rest were 2 legged dogs (not the 4 legged dogs that has more dignity).

Samy ..Barisan National? They literally screwed up the entire country. Look at FDI, Education Standard, Medical Standard Corruption etc … all screwed.  This is a lovely country with lovely people.  Barisan National screwed it BIG time.

“About 600 PKR members from Kedah have requested to join MIC and
we are happy to receive them into our party,” he said.

The Indians are Screwed – ROUND 2

Palanivel: Samy Vellu taught me well
(The Star, Dec 06 2010)

PETALING JAYA: Datuk G. Palanivel who is set to become the next MIC president has no plans to fill the shoes of his boss, Datuk Seri S. Samy Vellu.
If you are not aware, Samy’s shoe size is 10 and yours 8, you think can fit? Please try not to be so stupid to fit into he’s shoes.  Samy’s shoes stinks with Athletes Foot it might spread to you.  Be yourself and do the right thing.

“I cannot wear his shoes. He will always wear a different shoe. I will wear my own shoe.
He wears Nike and you ..Adidas?  Please no one wants you to wear his shoes.  You know that Samy’s shoes did nothing for the Indian people during his tenure. So stop harping about his stinking shoes and even his socks.

“We have very different styles but we are both committed to doing what is best for the party,’’ he said.
Best for the party … what do you mean? Nothing for the people?  When I read “Doing best for the Party’  … it means cronyism.

Well you are already wearing Samy’s shoes.  God bless the Indian community.

Samy Vellu, who has held the top post since 1979, is expected to pass the baton to his deputy Palanivel, 61, during MIC’s central working committee meeting today.

The 74-year-old is moving on as the Government’s special envoy for infrastructure to India and its neighbouring countries.
Neighbouring countries!!!! Is Afghanistan on of those countries?

Palanivel credited Samy Vellu for preparing him for the job, adding that he never thought he would replace him one day.
We all know Samy want to be president until he kick bucket but the above statement is so funny.

Hahahah…Never though of replacing him one day?  You are such an angle.  History will tell you the second most powerful person in any party or country always has the intentions of becoming number 1.  You are such a rare breed of leaders.

“I have not given deep thought to being the eighth MIC president (since 1946) but I have been well-prepared.
Never thought but prepared???  Contradicting statement I must say – then why prepare.  Let Samy continue to be the party leader.

“I may be low-profile but I have performed as a leader.
Low profile is none of my business. You can be low profile for all I care.  Hope the Malaysian people do not remain low profile in your agenda?

Who did your appraisal … on your performance? You yourself?  Do you know self-praise in total disgrace?

“Samy Vellu has taught me how to handle the political ropes both directly and indirectly.

“I have learnt a lot from him on how to handle various situations,” he said
recently.

The state of the Indian community sure tells a lot. Like what I have said before “God bless the Indians”.

I see no new ideas, policies or even thinking from you.  Same Masalah but different cooking pot.

Describing himself as a committed and motivated person, Palanivel said his priority would be to mobilise the Indian votes, strengthen the party and build the next generation of leaders. “Are you implying that MIC is made of a bunch of idiots?” Does that mean you and Samy fall into that category?

“I do not have a personal or selfish agenda as I am not ambitious.
That’s what they all say.
We will see …. You are still new. Time will tell.

“I do want to mobilise Indian votes, we must go down to the ground and
meet the people,” he said.

He added that MIC was ready to face the next general election given its
strong structure and machinery.

“The Indian voters are coming back but more needs to be done,”
Palanivel added.

It’s all about the party.  It’s about staying in power and to delivery the seats in the next election.  Nothing about the people.

Your first agenda is about the people and NOT the party.  I feel there will be no change in the leadership policy of MIC.

Wan Azizah: Anwar is God’s gift to Malaysians. (This SUCKS)

Saturday, 27 November 2010
By Rahmah Ghazali, Free Malaysia Today

PETALING JAYA: PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ibrahim today proclaimed that God has chosen her husband, Anwar Ibrahim, to lead Malaysians towards a better future, and there is no one else who could surpass his leadership strength.
WOW… GOD personally spoke to you?  He has a direct line with you?  Any possibility of getting him mobile number … I need to talk to him?

Come on…. Coming from a person like you this is SHOCKING.  Look at what is happening to the party?  UMNO dirty politics … so you call this leadership strength?

Correct me … sounds like George Bush who said God instructed him to invade Iraq.
When people claim god spoke to them and they are doing god’s duty … let me tell you these are Dangerous People.  Think twice before you trust people like this.

In her keynote address to 1,500 delegates at the second day of the PKR national congress here, the doctor-turned-politician said that Anwar was no ordinary man.
Doctor Turned Politician … who need antibiotic so that she speaks logic if not the next statement will be “Anwar is GOD”.

"What is the real secret of his strength until today? My answer is, Anwar is an outstanding human being, given by God to lead the people. If he is an ordinary human being like us, he would have retreated and sunk in between hurdles and challenges," she said.
Hahahaha… Given by god!!!!  Its either god gave birth or god has a factory that manufactures people like Anwar.
He is a politician … he is no outstanding human.  Please Doctor, I am dumbfounded by your statement.  He is just another ordinary human….

According to Wan Azizah, Anwar, who is also the party de facto, leader has faced impediments like no one else has.

"What has not Anwar faced? He was detained, put behind bars, beaten, tortured and mortified. Since Independence Day, there are no other leaders who have been slandered, insulted and tortured continuously like Anwar.
Lets speak to TIME magazine and vote Anwar as the man of the year for 2010….hahahahahhaah…I like this.

What Anwar has gone through is nothing compared to the poor folks in the kampong, estates and new villages.  Doctor!!!.... Anwar is fighting to become the next PM.  While the rural folks are fighting for survival.

Doctor …. Have you heard about occupational hazard?

"But Anwar remains strong and committed to our struggle," she added.
What struggle?  He just wants to be the next Prime Minister… that was so near and so far away.  He still has that desire and hunger to be the next PM…… period.

Anwar, who currently sits as an Opposition Leader, was sacked as deputy prime minister in 1998 and jailed for sodomy and corruption.

Wan Azizah, who was the former Permatang Pauh MP before paving the way for her husband to make a comeback to Parliament, said that his leadership was needed to save the nation's image from being tarnished.

Although Anwar's leadership in the party looks solid because many leaders suggested that his position as de facto leader cannot be challenged, his future as Opposition Leader looks bleak.
People are loosing faith in his party.  The recent party election is nothing but down right dirty.  Sad to say Anwar kept his mouth shut. Politician YES … NOT God’s Gift.

This is because Pakatan Rakyat's arch rival, Barisan Nasional, seems intent on taking disciplinary action against Anwar over his “One Israel-Apco jibe” in Parliament a few months ago.

Besides, his second sodomy trial could also see him in jail again.
Then GOD should come to his rescue … since he is God’s gift.  What’s God up to? Must be sadistic god… like to make Anwar suffer…. Pity ..pity ..pity.

God… please protect you GIFT….. UMNO has no respect for god’s gift.
Doctor …thank you for the weekend joke…..cheers

Travelling advice for a fee (More like passing the cost to consumers)

The STAR – November 26 10

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Association of Tour and Travel Agents (Matta) will charge prospective travellers a “consultation fee” when they seek advice about a planned vacation.
I am a frequent traveler but unfortunately most of the travel agents that I have come across are more like sales people – Jual .. Jual …Sell Sell only.  These agents do not even know the places of interest in a particular destination.

They just ditch out the flyer for you to read “Everything is in the flyers” is what you get from them.   This we need to pay RM30?  Just ditching out flyer.  I can do it for RM10 – cheaper by RM20.

The reason: it wants to meet international standards and increase its quality of service.
Ditching out flyers is to meet international standards!!!!  I think the international travel agency (whatever they are called) needs to reassess itself.

On some of the trips that I have taken the local tour leader will pass on their responsibility to the overseas travel guide and we are left at their mercy. Is this the standard that you are talking about? Or the standard is passing flyers that we need to pay RM30?

The association has set a guideline of RM30 for an enquiry, whether the trip is for a domestic or overseas holiday.

However, if the trip is of a corporate nature, the fee is RM200 per enquiry for the first three quotations and RM500 per enquiry for subsequent quotations.
I see get rich scheme here.

What the local travel agents need to do is to get innovative and meet market and consumer challenges and demands.

I can be their consultant … I charge by the HOUR .. my rate RM450 per hour.  Interested!!!!!!

Should the client agree to take up a package proposed by the tour or travel agent, the fees would be absorbed into the payment made for the trip.
I see the “Take it or Leave it” policy

The move is effective from Jan 1, association president Datuk Mohd Khalid Harun said at a press conference at Wisma Matta in Desa Pandan here yesterday.
Service tax is up from 5% to 6%.... and now RM30 for travel consultancy … I wonder what will be up next?

The association advised its members that the fees were guidelines by Matta to enhance the professionalism of the industry.

They may adjust them (the guidelines) according to their (travel) company’s needs and policies.
I see GET RICH Scheme here…..again

If it wants to increase margins, they will increase the consultant fee.  If the miss their yearly or monthly target they will increase the fee.  If bosses decide to give himself a fat bonus he increases the commission.

“Travel agents and tour operators are free to impose a charge they feel reflects their level of service.”
That means it’s not RM30….. it can RM50…RM70…..RM100……RM1000….. what a great way to do business.

May be every time you call them they will charge for “Professional Telephone Call Consutlant Fee”.

If they put you on hold for 10 minutes they will call it ”Professional Waiting Time Consultancy Fee”.

If they are checking the rates its call “Professional Checking Consultancy Fee”

How about:
            Receipt Issuing Consultancy Fee
At the Airport “Checking in Consultancy Fee”
            Visa Coordination Consultancy Fee
Special Consultancy Fee with Foreign Counterpart.

Mohd Khalid said such fees had been enforced in other countries, adding that it had helped to increase the level of service and quality among travel agents and tour operators.
From what I have mentioned we have a long way to go in terms of professionalism.

“Over the years, airline commissions have declined and hotel internet bookings have increased.
So this is passing the cost to the consumers.

What about being innovative in your packages.  Look at the packages they ditch out … nothing  different– same itinerary from one travel agent to another.  Only difference is price and Horrible Service, which we have to pay RM30 from 2011.

“But we are still rendering free services to those who ask for quotations for tour packages, even before they confirm their purchase with us,” he said.

So next time if a company sends in for a tender they have to charge for it? Isn’t forwarding quotation part and parcel of any business?

Just image I call a computer company for a quotation “Sorry sir.. we need to charge you RM30 for quotation … can I have your credit card number before I process your quotation. We also charge you RM30 for telephone consultancy fee”

Matta deputy president John Tan added that a lot of work went into compiling the quotation and the work could not be done for free.

John Tan … how much work?…. 30 days to ditch out the quotation? It takes me 2 weeks to do a quotation for my client so I think I should charge…. Isn’t all this costed into you quotation?  If not, there is something wrong … you guys really need a financial consultant to teach you costings.

Hahahahah.

I would appreciate if we are all honest and say that you need to increase cost….. Period and not give lame excuses.

Just image, if every industry is to practice this, imagine the effect on the economy?

“Some corporate clients have the habit of asking several companies for quotations and, at the end, only one receives the deal. This is not fair to us,” he said.

Hahahah…this is a BIG Joke ..it sound to me like a little boy crying.  Isn’t this what business is all about? The market is getting so competitive and here we have people crying….. my GOD .. this is shockin!!!!  …Nothing is FAIR Mr. John Tan.

Don’t we all try to get the best deals… from renovating to computers and to even buying handphones….. so what’s wrong with people scouting about for the best deals.
