JPJ Still Tracking Down Owner Of Bus Company WITH CONFUSION

JERANTUT, Oct 31 (Bernama) -- The Road Transport Department (JPJ) is carrying out a thorough investigation on the bus accident at KM38 Genting Sempah on Friday, which claimed seven lives.

Its director-general Datuk Solah Mat Hassan, said their investigation was focused on identifying the owner of the bus company, vehicle licencing and the bus driver, because records showed that the bus was chartered and its permit issued by the Commercial Vehicles Licencing Board (CVLB).

"We were confused by the bus and the wording on its exterior because it was similar in color to tourist buses, and the words "Trans Holiday" were present in the middle bus, but at the rear it was written "bas catar" (charter bus). We are looking into this matter," he said.

(Datuk Solah – If you are so confused just imagine how the victims parents will feel.  JPJ confused??? I hope the investigation does not end in total confusion with the culprits getting away.   Sorry to say this  … if the Director General and the rest are confuse the whole transport system SUCKS.  There should be any confusion … period. The victims wants answers and the want it NOW not CONFUSION)

He spoke to reporters after closing the "Satu Komuniti Satu JPJ" (One Community One RTD) programme at Felda Lepar Utara, here. Regarding the wording on the bus, he asked for cooperation from the Tourism Ministry to investigate whether the bus had a permit for tourist use or charter.

(I hope the Minister of Tourism is not overseas – busy promoting the country.  She has to act and act NOW)

"If it is a charter bus, then it's a charter bus but if it was a tourist bus and students going for a holiday, there should be a tour guide," he said.

Besides that, he said investigations also involved the bus company owner who has yet to be found, although the company's location was already determined.

(So Datuk this is not confusing – what the next course of action??? I hope the Police department is roped in and the owners is located)

He said information and statements from the company were important to complete the case.
(I hope it is not the representative form the company …. it has to be the owner….. please)

 
"We want to get further information from the owner on how the owner could hire a driver who, according to our records, has no valid driving licence to transport passengers from Baling to Kuala Lumpur," he added.
(If this is the case then may  be its just the tip of the icebergh.  Do you think Datuk we need to dig deeper so that there are no other such cases.  Please do not stop here … go further – AS DG you need to clean the system.  Hope the Minister of Transport looks in this matter seriously).

 
Solah said owners who allowed their vehicles to be driven by unlicenced individuals or those without a vocational driving licence, can be charged under Section 56 of the Road Transport Act 1987 which carries a fine of not more than RM2,000, or prison of not more than six months.
(Since the Government like to increase this and that – semua naik, don’t you think RM2,000 is too little.  Our PM should look into this – extra revenue ..mah. It also minimize such incidents).

Bus Drivers From HELL

 

Seven Killed in Bus Crash, Fourteen Killed in Bus Crash….

NEXT … 14 KILLED in BUS Crash ….  it’s just waiting to happen.   Innocent lives lost by reckless bus drives.  What the heck are these drivers up to?  Are these Mat Rempit upgrades who drive buses like motorbikes?  What are the authorities doing about it?

2 weeks ago 14 were killed in a bus accident there was a lot of talk by Ministers and Chief Minister – all this is nothing but talk.  I feel sad and sorry to all the family members of these victim – my condolence and prayers – be strong.

There was a time the Ministry wanted to have enforcement officers in the buses to pose as passengers to keep track of these drivers.  What happened?  Someone is sleeping?  What is the Minister of transport doing?  It gives the impression that he is sleeping on his job? If this country was to be run like a private organization the Minister of Transport should be SACKED? How many more innocent lives, how many more parents have to grieve before this bus drives from HELL and the bus operators are booked – or some stern actions are taken?

Is politic playing a role where by the Minister of Transport is not able to take any action?  Are these bus companies run by a bunch of samsengs and tugs?  To me it sure does give that impression as nothing has been done.

Takes a drive at night on the North South Highway you will witness reckless bus drivers speeding beyond the stipulated speed limit.  You know why?  The entire government machinery works from 8am to 4pm – after that it’s free for all.

Would you say it’s a ploy within Gerakan to topple you?  Would you be like other politicians to coin up some stupid statement to deny what you said?  You would stick your tail between your legs and run away like a chicken.

Come 2011 its 6% GST on most items you purchase.  For those who believe in Feng Shui I would like to suggest that you vote for Barisan National (BN) in all bi-elections for that matter any elections.

BN will bring good fortune by increasing the GST to 8%.  As any Feng Shui master 8% is good fortune and prosperity.

Forget about the poor paying additional taxes, as 8% will bring great fortune to you.

Datuk Ibrahim – Relax-lah …. You are so upset about a lot of things. I will not mention what you are upset about … not good for your health. … do not want to make matters worst for you. We want speedy recovery.

I feel so sorry for you when your Datukship got revoked by the Sultan of Kelantan.  I can imagine the sleepless night that you went thorough.  A nightmare that is worst than all the Hollywood horror movies put together.

Please take my advise from someone who cares … try to relax…. Heart surgery you know, is very serious.  You need all the rest.  Forget all the things that has been upsetting you… you are already 57 and to have a heart surgery at this age is not a healthy sign.  Enjoy life Datuk Ibrahim.

Obsession with PKR

I feel sorry for those who seem to be so obsessed with PKR.  Their obsession is so single minded that they are so confident that PK will form the next government. 

I strongly believe in accountability and that we need a strong opposition so that no government can railroad policies and amend the constitution at their wimps-and-fancies. We need change … we need new government …. hopefully with these changes the lives of all Malaysians immaterial of race and creed will improve.

But… the way PKR has been conducting itself (I will not touch of the any issues but you should know better) it’s nothing but total shame… poison letters, mudslinging, name-calling.  This is totally disgusting. The way Nurul Izzah Anwars nomination was rejected was totally disgusting … reminds me of UMNO, MIC and MCA. 

Do you know why PKR behaves in this manner? …. Well most of them were ex-UMNO members, so the shit is shifted from one party to another. I feel we need a change but the way PKR is behaving they should sit in the opposition bench and deny BN two-third majority. 

I have no confidence in them running the country … they will be as bad or even worse than BN.

Until they clean their internal mess and behave like spokes person for the people, think twice before you vote for PKR.  They need to get rid of the bad apples …. one way or another. Till then, think twice before you make their road to Putra Jaya possible. 

I would prefer PKR and PR denying BN two-third majority rather than ruling the country.

Keng Yaik: My Heart is Bleeding

MIC (Mega Indian Con) and MAIKA

Finally, after more than 20 years those invested in the above con investment are getting their money back – not dollar for dollar.  Many of us will say – “what to do, we cannot do anything, at least got back some money”. To me, well I got back a small portion of our investment.

But what is miserable are the faces of the poor people when they surrendered their Maika Certificates.  Faces of being cheated by a man (Samy Dai) who promised to alleviate them poverty.  I heard a man say “My dad passed away 6 years ago feeling dejected that he will not get a single cent from Mega Indian Con (MAIKA investment). 

I feel sad and my heart cries for them and at the same time angry with MIC (Malaysian Indian Congress) and all those fucking politicians who conned these people.

A lot of people were cheated by Samy Dai of their savings – some even pawned their jewelries  to invest in Mega Indian Con (MAIKA investment) in the end realizing that this man have cheated them wholesale and BIG TIME.

They say its good to forgive and forget – well this is an issue that Indians should not forgive and forget.  We must remember never to trust MIC (Malaysian Indian Congress) no matter who is the party leader.  Like any politicians they are full of promises and goodies – promises not to help standard of living of the people – goodies not for you and me.  Their promises and goodies are meant for them and the pariahs who worship them.
